29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1):(1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  On or about November 10, 2021, in the LB Bldg. 2, the employer had material stored on walkways, floor, and overhead on cabinets in the  storage room.

29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  On or about November 10, 2021, and times prior thereto,  employees throughout the facility were exposed to chemical hazards while using and/or working around corrosive chemicals without having access to suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body for immediate emergency use.
