29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:    On or about 05/17/17, at the Parcel No.46 Naval Station Roosevelt Roads job site, employees were observed conducting work activities on the roof without a complete fall protection system in place to prevent employee from falling off approximately 20 feet.     PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
