29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):  Each employee on a scaffold 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to the lower level:    (a)  DSP Builders, Inc. at 3 Superior Drive, Superior, CO 80027:  On and before May 15, 2017 the controlling and exposing employer did not ensure that employees and subcontractor employees were protected from a fall from elevation, in that guardrails or other suitable fall protection were not properly installed on the work platforms of the scaffolding. Two to three employees were performing masonry (block) work from the third level of the scaffolding where both exterior toprails and midrails were not installed in two sections.  An employee also accessed the same locations on the scaffolding.  This condition exposed the subcontractor employees and an employee to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
