29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:    White Production Area: On or about May 22, 2017 and at times prior thereto; Iverson melt stick former did not have adequate guarding around the filler (cutter).  A two inch gap below the guard and a four inch gap on the right side of the guard gives operators the opportunity to place their hands and fingers in the point of operation.            Note* Abatement certification IS required for this item.
