29 CFR 1926.100(a): At this job site, employees exposed to possible head injury from falling or flying objects or from impact with hand tools, equipment and building materials during construction operations were not wearing hard hats.    At the jobsite located at 986 W 87th St. Overland Park Kansas: An employee engaged in sheet metal construction activities was exposed to struck by hazards from falling objects in that he was working directly under another employee at the edge of the building without head protection.
