OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees in that an employee was exposed to a fall while riding in an elevated excavator bucket:   On June 13, 2017, at a job site located at 1520 E Roosevelt Rd. Wheaton Illinois, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet while using the bucket of a Caterpillar 320C L Excavator as a means of access to the top of a concrete masonry wall.   Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
