29 CFR 1915.132(a): The frames of portable electric tools and appliances were not grounded through a third wire in the conductors, or through a separate wire which was grounded at the source of the current.        a)    USS Gonzalez DD-66: On or about 06/12/2017, the 120 volts, 15 amps Milwaukee orbital reciprocating saw BMF #0545A used to cut metal bars from the overhead was missing its ground prong, as a result employees were exposed to a possible electrical shock hazard.       Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
