29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) On or about June 13, 2017: two Cuenca Construction Corp employees on a 3:12 pitch roof were observed installing roof sheathing and cutting plywood were not protected by guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure. Employees were exposed to a 43-feet fall hazard.   b) On or about June 13, 2017: four Cuenca Construction Corp employees were installing wood frame elements on roof trusses were not protected by guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure. Employees were exposed to a 12-feet fall hazard.   c) On or about June 14, 2017: two Cuenca Construction Corp employees on a 3:12 pitch roof were observed installing roof sheathing were not protected by guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure. Employees were exposed to a 43-feet fall hazard.   d) On or about June 14, 2017: two Cuenca Construction Corp employees  installing wood frame elements on roof trusses were not protected by guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure. Employees were exposed to a 12-feet fall hazard.   Bergeron Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1137409, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on August 2, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 10601 Gandy Boulevard North Saint Petersburg, FL 33702.
