29 CFR 1910.1026(i)(4)(i): Employees were allowed to consume food or beverages at a worksite where chromium (VI) was present; however, the employer did not ensure that the eating and drinking areas were maintained as free as practicable of chromium (VI):    Location: Magnatherm Room, welders workbench  On or about June 19, 2017 the employer failed to protect employees from ingestion hazards associated with chromium (VI) at the employee work benches where beverages were consumed.  Wipe sampling for chromium (VI) found measureable quantity at the front welding bench.  The welding bench had a 0.1565 microgram/sample result.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v)    Location: Magnatherm Welding Room  On or about 6/19/2017 the employer did not ensure that containers used for 'anti spatter' spray were labeled or tagged with the identity of the chemical within, Weld Kleen 350 Anti-Spatter liquid.  Employees use the spray at the welding finishing station, and the unmarked container remains at the workbench with no markings indicating the identity of the contents.
