29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation:    a)  On or about June 17, 2017, in the meat department at the Ideal Market in Baton Rouge, LA; machine guarding on the Hobart Meat Cutting Saw (No. 5K49SN2220C) was inadequate in that the guard was not adjusted to the height/thickness of the meat being cut.    b)  On or about June 17, 2017, in the meat department at the Ideal Market in Baton Rouge, LA, the employer did not ensure employees made use of the pushing guard and gauge plate on the Hobart Meat Cutting Saw (No. 5K49SN2220C) when cutting meat.
