29 CFR 1926.1053(a)(7): Ladders were tied or fastened together to provide longer sections. On or about June 19, 2017, an employee was using two (2) extension ladders that had been fastened together in order to paint the exterior wall of an apartment building that was about 65 feet tall, exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
