29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used. On or about June 28, 2017, on the 4th floor, the employer allowed an employee to use a portable halogen light. The Portable halogen light electrical power cord, outer sheathing was broke/cracked and was being used as a lighting source on the 4th floor of the building.
