OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to a 6ft fall hazard:    (a) On or about 7/5/2017, employees were lifted 6 feet above the ground by the forks of a Nissan forklift (model PHO2A25V) while standing on a platform made of a piece of plywood on a wooden pallet with all open sides to check on stock or retrieve merchandise from the shelves.
