29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean condition.   Glass room:  On or about 7/17/17, the floor and most horizontal surfaces in the glass room was covered with a heavy layer of resin/fiberglass dust from grinding molded replica car body parts. The dust was analyzed and determined to be a Class II combustible dust.  The accumulation of dust poses an explosion and a respiratory hazard.

Employees use styrene containing resins that are flammable and may cause damage to the central nervous system, liver, kidney and reproductive system. The employee also grinds the resin/fiberglass material once hardened and is exposed to breathing the dust and to the Class II dust explosion hazard.
