29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    Tension rollers, K2 Machine, 24 Dana Road, Oxford, MA: On or about July 20, 2017 employees were exposed to in going nip points from a pair of tension rollers on the SK2 coating machine which did not provide one or more methods of guarding to protect the operator or other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by ingoing nip points.
