29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite: a) On or about July 20, 2017, employees performing plumbing work used a 15 pound propane cylinder to fuel a torch without a fire extinguisher present.
