29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  Alvarados Construction at 4256 Clover Lane Brighton, CO 80602: On or before 7/7/2017, the creating and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees performing a re-roof of a residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 22 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii):  (a) Alvarados Construction at 4256 Clover Lane Brighton, Co 80602: On or before 7/7/2017 the creating and exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury in that fall protection training was not provided to exposed employees by a competent person. Employees performing a re-roof of a residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 22 feet.
