29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:    a)  South side of the building , on or about August 08, 2017, an employee was observed working from a ladder jack scaffold without fall protection, exposing him up to a 18-foot fall hazard.     b)  South side of the building, on or about August 08, 2017, an employee was observed working from a ladder jack scaffold without fall protection, exposing him up to a 12-foot fall hazard.      Lopez's Pro Exterior, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.451(g)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1170865, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 13, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Unit 36 Turtle Creek Ln, Jekyll Island, GA 31527.
