29 CFR 1926.452(k)(5): Scaffold platforms were bridged on to another:   a) Along the northeast side of the building, on or about March 27, 2019, employees were performing gutter installation while standing on ladder jack scaffold platforms that were bridged together, resulting in a fall hazard of about 23 feet onto concrete floor or earthen ground.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:  a) Along the northeast side of the building, on or about March 27, 2019, employees performing gutter installation while standing on a ladder jack scaffold 23 feet above the ground were not protected by a personal fall arrest system, resulting in a fall hazard onto concrete floor or earthen ground.    Lopezs Pro Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1253364, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 20, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1040 Demere Rd, Saint Simons Island, GA 31522.    Lopezs Pro Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1170865, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 13, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Unit 36 Turtle Creek Ln, Jekyll Island, GA 31527.
