29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):    (a) On or about 17/8/17 at St. Ives Mixing Bar, employees of JBCPop were exposed to chemical hazards because the employer had not properly assessed the workplace to determine the necessary personal protective equipment, where employees mixed and aliquotted chemicals including fragrances which were mixtures of VOCs, and were known to be sensitizers.
