29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):  "Steep roofs." Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 7/25/2017, employees from Enrique Hernandez were removing and replacing roofing materials shingles from a roof of a commercial building located at 119 East Main Street in Warrenton, Missouri. They were not utilizing guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   The owner and an employee were observed on the roof of the building approximately ten feet above the next lower level without being protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
