29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures  a)58 Monet Drive Mays Landing NJ (Second Floor of Structure): On or about 8/22/17, Exteriors, LLC employees were engaged in residential construction activities. Employees were observed nailing fascia boards to the side of a residential home. The workers were not protected by guard rails, PFAS, or any form of fall protection and were exposed to falls of approximately 18 feet to the ground surface below.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
