29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:    On or about August 15, 2017, in the Fiberglass and wood shop area, a Delta 10" Tilting Arbor saw was used to cut boards. The portion of the blade above the table was not guarded there by exposing employees to an amputation hazard.

29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel:     On or about August 15, 2017, a Delta 1/4 HP abrasive wheel bench grinder, Model # 23-680 was not provided with a tongue guard for the abrasive wheel on the left side of grinder there by exposing employees to a struck by hazard.

The air pressure was set at approximately 130 p.s.i., there by exposing employees to a struck by or air embolism hazards.
