29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about August 15, 2017, in the Fiberglass and wood shop area, a Delta 10" Tilting Arbor saw was used to cut boards. The portion of the blade above the table was not guarded there by exposing employees to an amputation hazard.
