29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment;     For the employees manufacturing bath salts using chemicals such as, but not limited to citric acid and liquid aromatics with warning labels and no safety data sheets on or about August 29, 2017 and times prior there to, the employer did not assess safety data sheet and work processes to identify potential hazards and require personal protective equipment to reduce exposure to the hazardous condition.  This exposes employees to the hazard of chemical burns to the skin and mucus membrane, and respiratory illness.

This exposes employees to the hazard of sustaining eye damage by not having immediate access to flush the eyes with water.
