29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   a) jobsite, 209 Cambridge Street in New Castle, PA.  On or about October 5, 2017, employees working on the roof of the apartment building, 20 feet above the ground, were not utilizing fall protection.

On or about October 5, 2017, the employees working on the roof, 20 feet above the ground, were not trained by the employer to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to minimize fall hazards.
