29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vi): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying operations from a supported scaffold was not protected from falling from all open sides and ends of the scaffold (except at the side next to the wall being laid) by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system (with minimum 200 pound top rail capacity).  299 E Main Street, Westfield, MA:   On or about October 17, 2017 employees were observed performing overhand brick laying activities to include tending on a supported scaffold system and were not protected from falling by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system on all open sides except side next to wall being laid exposing employees to fall hazards greater than 19 feet.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
