29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 psi.:  At each production machine in the production area - On October 20, 1017 employees were exposed to stuck by hazards in that the pressure at the nozzle outlet used to clean the machines exceeded the measurement capacity of the gauge at 60 psi.

29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer:  a)  Entire facility - On or about October 20, 2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards in that they were provided Gerson 1730 disposable N-95 two strap respirators to use on a volunteer basis and were not provided the information contained in Appendix D of the respiratory protection standart.
