29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or a personal fall arrest system: a- 240 - 9th Street, Lakewood NJ: Employees, wearing full body harnesses with no lanyards/connectors attached, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 16 feet to the ground surface below when performing roof shingle rip, tear, replace, and other related activities from a low pitched roof of a two story building. Condition observed on or about 10/25/17.
