29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a)  Kitchen:  On October 31, 2017 and times prior, the employer did not provide machine guarding for an 80 quart Hobart Vertical Mixer (model #M802), to protect employees from the rotating mixer attachments (flat beater and wire whip).      (b)  Kitchen:  On October 31, 2017 and times prior, the employer did not provide machine guarding for a 60 quart Hobart Vertical Mixer (model #H600), to protect employees from the rotating mixer attachments (flat beater and wire whip).      (c)  Kitchen:  On October 31, 2017 and times prior, the employer did not provide machine guarding for a 20 quart Hobart Vertical Mixer (model #A200), to protect employees from the rotating mixer attachments (flat beater and wire whip).
