Higgins, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.1203(e)(2)(iii) or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1249047, citation number 02, Item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/07/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 27 Bougainville Road, Stock Island, Florida.                                  Douglas N. Higgins, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1203(e) (2)(iii) or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1243748, citation number 01, Item number 003, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/04/2017, with respect to a workplace located at IFO 181 Long Key Road, Key Largo, Florida.
