On or about November 17, 2017 in the shop area of the facility where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working adjacent to an unguarded belt and pulley. Mi-Lar Fence Company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.219(d)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1246066, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/25/2017 with respect to a workplace located at 1215 S Houston Ave., Humble, TX, 77338.
