On or about November 17, 2017, in the facility, employees were required to wear positive pressure tight fitting respirators and offered to wear negative pressure respiratory protection. The employees had not been provided with medical evaluations, thereby exposing the employees to hazards associated with the use of respirators.

On or about November 17, 2017, in the facility, employees were required to wear positive pressure tight fitting respirators and offered to wear negative pressure respirators. The employer did not provide employees with a quantitative or qualitative fit test, thereby exposing employees to chemicals contained in automotive paint including, but not limited to toluene.
