29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)   1233 Lincoln Highway Lancaster PA, - Employees were observed performing roofing activity on a steep roof with a 5 in 12 pitch, without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 9 feet to the ground below, on or about November 15, 2017.   No abatement certification or documentation required.
