29 CFR 1928.57(a)(10): Guarding by railings. Guardrails or fences shall be capable of protecting against employees inadvertently entering the hazardous area. At the time of the fall injury on 11/21/2017, the entry into the "lint line flue riser" was not guarded to prevent employee entry and fall of greater than 7 feet to the lower level.
