29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees shall always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position:   (a). Worksite located at 1744 W. Catalpa St., Springfield, Missouri- Employee was exposed to a fall hazard in that the employee was observed climbing on the guardrails of the aerial lift in order to access the lift.

Worksite located at 1744 W. Catalapa St., Springfield, Missouri- Employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working on a steep roof and was not provided with any means of fall protection.
