29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    Location:        1363 Union Street, Brooklyn, NY. First Floor.      a)    Employees performing work near and around unprotected platform sides were not protected from falling from the 1st floor to the basement by installing complete guardrail systems. Employees were exposed to fall approximately 10 feet to the basement floor. On or about 12/08/2017.
