On the south side of the construction site, the employer did not provide a ladder where employees could access and egress the upper landings exposing them to a fall of more than 6 feet.

On the south side of the construction site, employees used the top step of an A-frame ladder to install framing material and to access the upper landing surface exposing them to fall hazards over 6 feet to the floor below.
