29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  a.  On or about December 14th, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was inside of an aerial lift approximately 9 feet from ground level without using a body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket.
