29 CFR 1926.501(c)(3): The employer did not barricade the area to which objects could fall, did not prohibit employees from entering the barricaded area, and did not keep objects that could fall far enough away from the edge of a higher level so that the      IN THE ALTERNATIVE  29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(i): Where there is a danger of tools, materials, or equipment falling from a scaffold and striking employees below, the area below the scaffold was not barricaded, and employees were not prohibited from entering the hazard area.    a) 2nd floor sidewalk shed and exterior canopy at the north side of building:    The employer did not barricade and/or prohibit employees from working/walking in an area below where objects could fall.  The employees were in an area where the suspended scaffold C hook and other components were partially installed.  On or about 12/18/17.
