Location: Brooklyn Navy Yards Dock 72 (Building 72)   On or about: 5/4/2018   a)  An employee was injured while offloading a pallet of glass panels from a truck.  Employees used a forklift to unload the pallet, the pallet tipped over, struck and injured an employee.

Location: Brooklyn Navy Yards Dock 72 (Building 72)   On or about: 5/5/2018   a) The Employer did not report a work related hospitalization of an employee within 24 hours.  An employee was struck by a pallet of glass while being offloaded from a truck.
