29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation of machinery was not guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operating cycle: Garage Area - On or about October 23, 2017, an employee suffered a severe laceration when his wrist and forearm contacted the unguarded blade of a True Value table saw. The unguarded saw was provided by the employer.
