29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing repair operations were protected from falls from the edge of the building by a fall protection system; thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 65 feet to the ground below. This condition was observed on/about 14 DEC 2017.
