29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  (a) Shop area - Piranha Ironworker was not provided with a guard at the punch station of the machine. During the period between December 15, 2017 and May 24, 2018 shop employees processed material utilizing the punch station on the Piranha Ironworker exposing them to the potential of finger amputations.  (b) Shop area - Power Team 25-ton hydraulic punch was not provided with a guard to protect employees from amputation hazards by inadvertently placing their hand and or fingers in the danger area while punching holes in window and door frames.    (c) Shop area - DeWalt 17-inch radial arm saw used to cut miters in metal door and window frames was inadequately guarded in that the self adjusting blade guard was missing from the outer side of the saw blade. During the period between December 15, 2017 and May 24, 2018 shop employees processed material utilizing the DeWalt radial arm saw.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
