29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) 323 Route 52, Kennett Pike, Mendenhall, PA 19357 - The employer did not provide suitable facilities in the work area for flushing of the eyes when employees changed containers of corrosive materials for dishwashing operations, thus exposing employees to eye injury hazards.  The corrosive chemicals included, but were not limited to:    - Sodium hydroxide, contained in Aqua Glisten machine dishwashing detergent.    This condition was observed on or about January 5, 2018.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation and  rotating parts:    a) 323 Route 52, Kennett Pike, Mendenhall, PA 19357 - The employer did not provide a method of machine guarding to protect employees from point of operation and rotating parts on a Hobart Model L-800-D, Serial No. 1715195, vertical food mixer, which operated at 1.5 horsepower, thus exposing employees to struck-by and caught-in/between hazards.  This condition was observed on or about January 5, 2018.
