Employees were exposed to strain and fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use:  South side: A Makita GA4030 Angle Grinder was being operated with a missing guard.  Employee was exposed to struck-by and amputation hazards.  Huang's Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1081753, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 13, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 2145-38-R1NEW, Tamuning, Guam 96913.
