29 CFR 1910.37(a)(2): Exit routes were not arranged so that employees would not have to travel toward a high hazard area, nor was the path of travel effectively shielded from the high hazard area by suitable partitions or other physical barriers: a) Commercial facility at 6 Berry Drive, in Hainesport, NJ, 08036 Parts Storage Area: Employees were exposed to potential fire hazards when working in the back of the parts storage shelves where no alternate exit route existed which would require employees to travel towards a hazard in the event of a fire, which was observed and occurred on or about 11/16/17. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
