29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems.   a) Robert Harmon's Roofing on or about January 18, 2018 at the address of 3824 Sanibel, Sylvania, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while installing new roofing materials (asphalt shingles) on the roof of a residential type structure.  The employees were exposed to a potential 15 foot fall to the level below.
