29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee shall receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. a) PSEG Sub-Station - 1000 W. Main Street, Huntington, NY: Employees required to provide repairs, cleaning, and maintenance on equipment such as Bark Blower truck with numerous sources of energy such as hydraulic and mechanical were not provided with the Lockout/Tagout training; on or about 1/17/18. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
