29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.    On or about January 30, 2018, employees and vendors (truckers) were exposed to chemical burns during the offloading and transferring of chemicals such as, but not limited to, Nexguard 22353, pHree Guard 4500, Nalco H150M, Hypo 150, Nalco 1393, and 3D Traser 3DT199 at the Chem-Feed (East of the Crib House) and Aux Boiler House. The employer did not provided adequate emergency showers for quick drenching while off-loading and/or transferring corrosive chemicals.   Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
