29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest     On or about 31 January, 2018, at the above addressed job site, employees were installing Thermoplastic Polyolefin paper on a roof of a new building without the use of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 15 feet.
